Jessica:

We have two rooms you can choose from. The larger community room can accommodate 100 ±.
The smaller conference room can accommodate 6 easily but I've squeezed 8 in before. The
conference room table seats 6 very comfortably.

Which room works best and what time Thursday and/or Friday will you need them.

Victor, please confirm that both of these rooms are available Thursday and Friday of this
week.
